At the Duxton Hotel Perth you’ll be sure to find all the facilities and services you’d expect from a 5 star hotel, including:

- Rates are valid from 01/11/2023 – 31/10/2024.
- All rates are strictly LRA
(Last Room Availability) and include internet.
- Rates are based on single
occupancy and is inclusive of
GST. The rates may not apply when booking 10 rooms or more per
night. Please check with your Hotel Account Manager.
- Bookings made for the 31st
Of December 2023 will incur a surcharge of no more than $250 in addition
to either corporate rate indicated above.
- All
rates quoted are NETT, non-commissionable.
- All
rates are subject to availability and are based on 20 room
nights per annum.
- 6.00pm cancellation
policy applies. All non-guaranteed rooms will be held until 6pm on the day
of arrival. The hotel will charge the first night’s accommodation for all
guests who do not arrive on the nominated date if there has been no formal
cancellation notification received in writing.
- At the time of making the
reservation a credit card number will be requested to guarantee the
booking and payment is required on check-out unless previously authorised.
Please contact your Account Manager should you wish to organise a credit
facility or alternative method of guaranteeing bookings.
- A credit card surcharge
of 1.5% applies to MasterCard, Visa and American Express and 3% applies to
Diners card.
- For long stays (10 days+)
10% discount at Firewater Grille and Lobby Bar.
- The hotel reserves the
right to amend rates after 6 months where room night productivity falls
below expected levels.
