Exclusive pricing and offers are only available to active members. Members have to login to access, enquire about a benefit, or to add an item to their shopping cart.

Currently, we accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, VISA Debit, and American Express for products. Some items may require payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT), your customer service representative will advise you.

The shipping methods available depend on the items you order. Please find more information about our item delivery here. 

Orders for e-gift cards are fulfilled instantly once payment is received.

For products that require shipping, your orders are passed through to our suppliers for their fulfilment. Please note that you may receive items from your order in multiple deliveries.

A gift card, voucher or gift certificate (electronic or paper) purchased; will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Please treat these items like cash.
