Plantagenet’s first vines were planted in 1968, making it the first commercial vineyard in the Great Southern Region. Located in the beautiful cool climate of Mount Barker, the winery has always been family-owned. Outstanding quality fruit is produced over five estate vineyards, and the winemaking pays homage to viticulture with minimum intervention and judicial barrel ageing to express balanced and sophisticated wines.
